When your order leaves us
Orders are dispatched within three business days. You will get a confirmation with tracking as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Packaging
Every order is gift-packed as standard, and there are no prices anywhere in the parcel — so anything you order can be sent straight on as a gift.
Glassware is packed for transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and get in touch; see Returns & Exchanges.
Address changes
If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.
